Air Conditioning - Heat Pump - Electric Furnace - Gas Furnace

Thank you very much for arranging to have my furnace installed last Friday. It saved me a lot of worry going on holidays without a heater when the cold weather is just around the corner. I can now enjoy my vacation.The technicians who did the installation were very professional and polite.Once again thank you and Happy Thanksgiving.

I had a heat pump installed with Pierrefonds Heating Inc. in June 2015. The heat pump has been working great ever since. The installers were very nice and pleasant to deal with. The installation went very smoothly. Also, the salesman told me that their service department would be contacting me after 1 year of installation to start a regular maintenance program. I was just contacted recently and have booked my first appointment. I must say I was very pleased with the installation and with the after service they provide. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Pierrefonds Chauffage installed my gas furnace this year and I have to say they did an amazing job. Everything was done in a timely matter, they were extremely respectful to my house, they made sure to clean up after themselves and everyone was extremely professional. I always try to give my business to the local businesses and when I found out it was a family run business I was even more pleased to choose them to install my air conditioner. I was very pleased with the installation. The installers were very professional and did a very good job cleaning up after the installation was completed. They took the time to explain how the system works. I have since been doing the annual maintenance on my air conditioner through their service department who are very knowledgeable. Their technicians have many years experience and also take the time to explain what they have done. I’m so happy I chose this company.

Un représentant nous a fait un retour d’appel Le même jour avec rendez-vous le lendemain. Il était professionnel et nous a propose quelques scénario tous en nous expliquant bien les avantages et désavantages. Nous avons opté pour le Lennox XP14. L’installation a été fait professionnellement faites dans les jours qui on suivit. Très satisfait du bon service et aussi l’efficacité du système. Je recommande très hautement cette compagnie.
